Are your products authentic?

All products sold on our website are 100% authentic. We do not use any middle men and receive all our products directly from the brands we sell.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do i know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation via email to notify you that your order has been shipped which will also include your tracking details.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

Why did you cancel my order?

There can be various reasons to why an order gets cancelled. The most common reason is that the product you have ordered wasn't actually in stock and should not have been available on our website. If we have to cancel an order we always send an e-mail explaining why it has been cancelled. If you by any chance haven't received an e-mail with an explanation after your order has been cancelled then please contact our Customer Service or send an email to support@sneack.nl.

How can i check the status of my order(s)?

You can check the status of your current order as well as your whole order history in the My Site section on our website. Bare in mind you need to be logged into your Sneack account in order to access your My Site.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, Login is not mandatory to make a purchase. However, if you create an account with us, your future checkouts will be easier and we will also keep you updated on the offers customized specially for you.

What are customs?

At Sneack we distinguish between sneakers and custom sneakers. Custom sneakers are all sneakers that are hand painted (customized) and listed under the ”Customs” tab.

Is the paint durable?

Yes, we use special paint to guarantee high quality. The paint is scratch, water and crack resistant. Finished with a factory coating.

What is the production time for Customs?

The production time for Customs are 1-2 weeks. It is possible that you will receive your order faster, but usually never later than 2 weeks.

How should i clean my customs?

Every sneaker cleaning product is suitable. We would not suggest to put them in the washing machine.
